Because we sell pet products, returned products may be inspected for cleanliness and condition. If a returned item requires additional cleaning because of excessive pet hair, litter, waste, stains, odors, or similar contamination, a reasonable cleaning fee may be deducted from the refund based on the condition of the product and cleaning required.
Unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product for which we are responsible, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
